The coffee
Espresso, filter coffee and milk drinks on our own beans. The menu is short. Ask us about the coffee, we know where it comes from.
The roasting
We roast on a ROEST P3000 in the same room. Drop by on a roast day and see it happen.
The beans
All our coffees are on the shelf, freshly roasted. Same prices as in the webshop.
On Saturday 1 August we opened the doors, and it became a day we will not soon forget. Around 200 of you dropped by on the first day, and one in four went home with a bag of freshly roasted beans under their arm. Thank you for that.
The concept is simple. The roaster sits in the middle of the room, so you can watch the beans being roasted while you drink your coffee. Everything we serve is single origin, roasted by me a few days before it ends up in your cup. And if you like what you taste, the bag is on the shelf right next to you.
