Shipping policy

We roast in small batches in Vejle and ship the coffee straight from the roastery.

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland. We do not ship abroad yet.

Shipping is free on orders over 499 kr. All prices include VAT. The final shipping price is always shown at checkout before you order.

When we ship

We roast and pack continuously. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 working days. GLS and DAO then typically take 1 to 2 working days to deliver.

When your parcel has been shipped, you receive an email where you can track it.

If your order is delayed

If your order is delayed, we will let you know. If you have not received the product by the time we promised, you can give us a reasonable extra deadline. If we miss that as well, you can cancel the purchase and get all your money back. If no time has been agreed, we deliver no later than 30 days after you ordered.

Pickup

If you choose pickup, we let you know when your order is ready. At the espresso bar you can collect it during opening hours, which are listed on the espresso bar page.

If something goes wrong

If the parcel is damaged or something is missing, write to hello@piccolocoffee.dk with a photo and your order number. The product is our responsibility until you have received it. Read more under Returns and cancellation.
